Portland Young Adult Shabbat was a collaborative program that coordinated a rotating weekly Friday night Shabbat service and social gathering, hosted by several local congregations. Each service was developed by and for young adults in their 20s and 30s, and each service had its own flair! In addition, it ran two large cohorts of Shabbat Clusters: peer-led, in-home Shabbat potluck gatherings for Portlanders especially in their 20s and 30s.
As of 2015, the program has been on hiatus.

(30s-40s Jewish Peeps aka Members of the Tribe)
Calling 30s-40s year old MOTs of Portland! Looking for a Jewish place meant solely for you in PDX where you can create friendships and kick back with a good group of people? Best word used to describe what the PDX MOTS meetup group is all about… community. The second best word: fun.
We provide fun adults-only ways to meet our fellow members of the tribe while enjoying what Portland has to offer. Whether it’s happy hour, meeting at a food truck pod, heading to the latest movie or onto a great trail, Shabbat dinners, Jewish Holiday activities, or of course enjoying some of the other organized Jewish events around town… we endeavor for this meetup group to be a way MOTS in our age range get together more often, make more Jewish friends, have fun and/or meaningful, thoughtful interactions.
